A: Yes, all units (except Royal Kahana condo) are located on the same property. The condo is located within 1 mile of the other units. Please look at our location map.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: At our B&B, there are no hidden fees! Our WIFI, parking and other amenities are FREE (except Royal Kahana condo, which currently has pay per use Internet in the lobby). When you reserve a room online, all charges will be clearly displayed.
Q: Are these condominium units?
A: No, all units (except the Royal Kahana condo) are located on a beautiful new residential estate, overlooking the ocean between Kaanapali and Kapalua. These three bed and breakfast units are similar to hotel rooms, enjoy a mini kitchenette, barbecue area, and maintain a high level of privacy. The Royal Kahana condo is conveniently located right down the street.
Q: Will I have any privacy, or will the owners bother me?
A: These B&B units are setup to be very private, while allowing for the luxury and security of having the owner on-site in case you decide that you need something or have questions about Maui.
Q: Are you bed and breakfast rooms private, or do I have to share a bathroom?
A: All units have en suite bathrooms so that you do not have to leave your room to get to your private bathroom. If you feel like lounging in the large common area, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Can we bring our children?
A: Yes, we would love you to bring your children. Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times while on the property for their safety!
Q: Do you have a minimum stay?
A: Yes, we normally require a minimum stay of three nights. Please check with us for shorter stays, we may be able to accommodate you.
Q: Do you have free parking?
A: Yes, we have one free parking space assigned to your room during your stay with us.

A: We update our rates and specials regularly on our Website. When you enter your dates on our Website, any available specials for your dates will be listed as "packages". Sometimes changing the dates or length of stay will result in more specials being listed.

Q: Is the beach sandy?
A: Yes, most beaches in the area between Kaanapali and Kapalua have sand.
Q: Do I need to bring my own towels?
A: No, towels and sheets are provided.
Q: Do you have a barbecue area for guest use?
A: Yes, the Royal Kahana condo has several barbecues and the B&B also has a BBQ area.
Q: Do you have a hot tub?
A: Yes, our B&B has a relaxing new outdoor spa with ocean and Island views. Our condo has a sauna and pool.
Q: Do you have a telephone available for use?
A: Yes, we have telephones available with free local calls.
Q: Do you have cribs available in the units?
A: We don't have cribs in the units, but please let us know which items you need when you make your reservation, and we can help you arrange to rent them for your stay.
Q: Do you have wireless Internet available?
A: Yes, we offer free high speed wireless Internet at our B&B. Just bring your laptop and connect to the wireless network. The Royal Kahana offers pay per use Internet access at this time.
Q: Do you offer laundry facilities?
A: Yes, our condo has an in-room washer and dryer. For our bed and breakfast units, there is a laundromat conveniently located within one mile of the property.
Q: Do your B&B rooms include breakfast?
A: Yes, despite major cost increases, we have continued our breakfast basket service without increasing our affordable room rates to offset the cost. This service includes juice, snack and fresh fruit (from our garden when available).
Q: Do your units have kitchens?
A: Yes, our Royal Kahana condo has a full sized kitchen Our bed and breakfast units enjoy a mini kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator.
Q: Are there any restaurants nearby?
A: Yes, there are MANY wonderful restaurants in the area including Roy's, Outback Steak House, Kimo's, Maui Brewing Company, Pineapple Grill, Plantation House, Lahaina Grill, and countless others. There are also many take-out and delivery options. If you are looking for something in particular, please ask us.

A: Yes, there is FREE parking on site for one vehicle per room.

A: No, our B&B rooms are set up to be very private and have bathroom accessible from within the room.
