General Property Rules for Maui Beach VR Properties:
These are NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES for the comfort of all guests. Smoking (including electronic) will NOT be allowed inside or near the property. Smoking areas are designated in the welcome folder.
The units do not allow animals. Children are counted at adult rate, and must be included in the reservation. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Cooking items with strong odor and residue, such as curry, onion, garlic, fish, will be assessed an extra cleaning fee of $250.00.
Late check-out without advance request and approval will result in a $100 fee for the first hour(until noon), and an additional $25 per hour, or any portion thereof, until the unit is vacated and keys returned as specified.
Illegal activities of any type will not be tolerated.
Violation of these policies may result in revocation of privilege to stay at property, forfeiture of all payments made, and imposition of penalties or fines.
Children should be supervised at all times while on the property. The property may have unknown hazards for unsupervised children and has not been child-proofed.
Property owners are not responsible for harm to guests or their personal belongings while on the property. Paying guests, children of guests, and invitees of guests expressly assume all risk of harm arising from use of the property and are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. Please immediately report any hazards or safety concerns by calling the telephone number above. Call 911 in case of an emergency.
Please keep all doors and windows locked. Please do not leave valuables in your unit!
For your safety, do not reverse your vehicle out of the driveway! Always exit in a forward manner with caution.
All outdoor areas are subject to video surveillance at any time and without prior notice.
A fire extinguisher and flashlight are located in the bathroom cabinet under the sink. In the condo, they are located under the kitchen sink.
Non-paying guests/visitors are not allowed to use the facilities or stay the night in the unit. All persons (adults and children) staying in the unit must be noted on the reservation.
Extensive use of the property by visitors may result in an additional persons charge. Please limit traffic of all visitors for the comfort of all paying guests.
A one-time bedroom and bathroom linen and towel setup is included in the complimentary check-in cleaning service. Any additional touch-up cleanings and linen service may be done at management’s discretion.
Daily maid service is not included in the rate, but may be available at an additional charge with advance notice. Please remove shoes before entering the property to maintain cleanliness.
Beach towels may be available for your use at a quantity of two per room per stay. Please do not use the bathroom towels or any other linen, furniture, or room property outside of the unit.
Please use the outdoor showerhead to rinse off sand prior to entering the property to avoid additional cleaning charges.
As per County code, Please limit B&B noise and traffic between the hours of 9pm and 8am.
To help keep your unit clean and free of pests, please dispose of rubbish regularly. A large brown trash bin and recycling bins are available at the B&B. A trash chute and recycling bins are available at the condo.
Please help us conserve Maui's precious resources by turning off all lights, ceiling fans, air conditioners, and appliances when not in use. The Maui Beach B&B is proud to be a solar powered, green, eco-friendly property.
