Rental Policies



Reservation Policies:


Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice until 50% deposit is received. Your reservation will not be held until deposit is confirmed.

Children are counted in the rate, and must be included in the reservation.  Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance to help protect you against unexpected need to cancel your vacation and lose your payments made. Please click here for more information from a non-affiliated third party.

Deposit Policy: A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total reservation amount including taxes and departure cleaning fee is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due no less than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card provided for the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit (minus CANCELLATION FEE of $100 plus tax) will be given if cancellation of confirmed reservation is received more than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date.  If notice is given less than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date, NO REFUND will be issued.

Holiday Policy - Ninety (90) days notice is required for any deposit refunds during holiday periods.  A cancellation fee will still apply.

Gift Cards - Special handling is required and additional fees will apply to cancellations, call us first.

Check in time is after 4pm.

Please notify us in advance if you need an early check-in. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, although it may not always be possible.


Check out time is before 11 am on the date of departure.

Late check-out may be available upon advance request and approval.  Late departure without advance notice and approval will be charged a $100 late check-out fee for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour or portion thereof.
